Approve, by motion, the Separation Agreement and Release with Furniture and Things Community Event
Center Superintendent Tim Dalton.
Background/Discussion
Tim Dalton's last day with the city was August 1, 2024. As part of the Severance Pay requirements, a release
of claims must be executed. Mr. Dalton returned his signed Agreement on August 19, 2024.
