Approve, by motion, the Separation Agreement and Release with Facility Maintenance Manager Rich Czech.
Background/Discussion
Rich Czech's last day with the city was August 1, 2024. As part of the Severance Pay requirements, a release
of claims must be executed. Mr. Czech's signed Agreement was received on August 26, 2024.
