Approve, by motion, Agreement 24-26 with CNH Architect group to move forward with Professional
Architectural Design services and Construction Support for Fire Station No. 1 Replacement Project.
Background/Discussion
Per Council approval, the Fire Department put a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Professional Architectural
Design Services and Construction Support for Fire Station No. 1 Replacement Project. There were eleven
submittals by Architectural Design groups that were narrowed down to the top four by the initial Project
Management Team. The top four were invited to deliver a presentation in front of an interview panel
consisting of representatives from the city. After careful consideration and discussion, CNH Architect Group
was chosen as the firm best aligned for this project.
