Action Requested
Approve, by motion, a special meeting date and time of the Canvassing Board.
Background/Discussion
Per state law, the City Council acts as the Canvassing Board and must canvass the results of the General
Election between Friday, November 8, and Friday, November 15. City offices will be closed on Monday,
November 11 for the Veterans Day holiday. At least three members of the Council would need to be
present.
