Approve, by motion, the Separation Agreement and Release with Street and Parks Superintendent Tim Sevcik.
Background/Discussion
Tim Sevcik's last day was October 4, 2024. As part of the Severance Pay requirements, a release of claims
must be executed. Mr. Sevcik returned his signed Agreement on October 15, 2024.
Financial Impact
As per the Severence Pay policy.
