Adopt, by motion, Resolution 24-64 approving a premises permit for the Elk River Youth Hockey Association.
Background/Discussion
The EII< River Youth Hockey Association (ERYHA) had a premises permit at the Tipsy Chicken location at
13479 Business Center Drive NW. Tipsy Chicken has closed that location and opened a new location at 729
Main Street NW under the new business name MFS Foods, Inc., DBA Tipsy On Main.
ERYHA has submitted a new request for a premises permit to conduct gambling at the new Tipsy On Main
location at 729 Main Street NW.

A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Approving Premises
Permit
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Elk River allows gambling licenses to be
issued within the city.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk
River, Minnesota, as follows: the request by Elk River Youth Hockey Association for a
premises permit at Tipsy Chicken, 729 Main Street NW, is hereby approved.
