Approve, by motion the purchase of medical equipment from the allocated Public Safety Aid funds.
Background/Discussion
The current medical bags are outdated and in poor condition and in need of replacement. Medical bags are
assigned to each vehicle in the police fleet.
Financial Impact
All department squads will be outfitted with this medical bag for $10,080. The cost of medical supplies to
outfit the medical bag is $3,000 for a total cost of $13,080.
