Ave. NW to April 15, 2024.
Background/Discussion
The EDA has received an offer from Java Companies to purchase the Fox Haven properties on 185th Street.
In conversations with the offeror and the EDA's broker, it is requested to move consideration of the offer to
the April meeting.
