BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
On October 7, 2024, ERMU Lineworkers Matt Schwartz and Matt Zipp joined other crews within
Minnesota Municipal Utilities Association membership to provide mutual aid to electric systems
in Florida after they experienced outages due to multiple hurricanes. Mr. Schwartz and Mr. Zipp
will be attending the December 2024 Commission Meeting to provide a verbal report.
