BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
This month commissioners are reviewing policy G.3b — Delegation of Authority to the General
Manager to make comments, ask questions, or recommend updates.
With policy G.3b, the Commission describes the manner in which it delegates authority to the
General Manager.
Staff is not recommending any changes to the policy.
