An Ordinance Amending the City Code to Establish a 2025 Master Fee Schedule
for the City of Elk River, Minnesota
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1.
The schedule of fees and rates attached hereto as Exhibit A, Exhibit B, and Exhibit C is hereby
adopted by deleting the strikethrough language and adding the underline language.
SECTION 2.
Where a direct conflict exists between the amount of a fee or charge set by any provision of the City
Code and a fee or charge set by this Ordinance, the fee or charge set by this Ordinance applies.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective January 1, 2025.

AN ORDINANCE
ADOPTING THE 2025
MASTER FEE SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, on December 16,
2024 the Elk River City Council ad-
opted Ordinance 24-26 approving
the 2025 Master Fee Schedule; and
WHEREAS, the enactment of
this ordinance establishes fees and
charges required by the City Code
and to comply with Minnesota Stat-
utes 462.353, sub.4; and
WHEREAS, the 2025 Master
Fee Schedule lists fees and charges
for Administrative, Financial, Envi-
ronmental, Planning, Development,
Building, Parks and Recreation,
Fire, Police, and Elk River Munici-
pal Utility services along with code
enforcement violations; and
WHEREAS, a copy of the full
text of the ordinance is available
for inspection by any person at
the Office of the City Clerk, City
of Elk River, 13065 Orono Park-
way, during regular business hours

become effective January 1, 2025.
The motion for adoption of the
foregoing resolution was intro-
duced by Councilmember West-
gaard and duly seconded by Coun-
cilmember Grupa, and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Dietz,
Councilmembers Beyer, Grupa,
Wagner and Westgaard and the
following against: none, whereupon
said resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.

Westgaard and the following ab-
sent: none.
