I . Call Meeting to Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the EDA Beautification Committee
was called to order at 10:01 a.m. by Chair Hardin.
2. Consider Agenda
Motion by McAlpine and seconded by Hjermstad to approve the agenda.
Motion carried 3-0.
3. Consent Agenda
Motion by McAlpine and seconded by Hjermstad to approve the consent agenda.
Motion carried 3-0.
4.1 Review Applications
Mr. Mollan introduced the two applicants: Three Rivers Montessori, and Salon on Main.
It was determined that all applicants will be judged during the October committee meeting.
The committee brought up other potential applicants and determined the best way to
contact them.
4.2 General Updates
Mr. Mollan will provide McAlpine the application deadline to include on the flyer which will
be posted on the Economic Development Facebook page.
Staff will determine what gifts are allowed to be given to award winners.
The committee will continue to discuss a potential clean-up day for next spring.

Beautification Committee at 10:33 a.m.
