A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PREMISES PERMIT RENEWAL FOR THE
ELK RIVER YOUTH HOCKEY TO OPERATE CHARITABLE GAMBLING
AT DICK'S RIVERFRONT BAR
WHEREAS,
the Elk River Youth Hockey organization has made application to the
State Control Gambling control Board for a Premises Permit Renewal;
and
WHEREAS, the Premises Permit will allow charitable gambling on the premises of
Dick's Riverfront Bar located at 651 Main Street; and
WHEREAS,
the Elk River Youth Hockey organization has met the city's
requirement of spending 75% of its lawful expenditures within the
city's trade area during the past two years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk
River, Minnesota that a Premises Permit for Elk River Youth Hockey
organization be granted to allow charitable gambling operations at
Dick's Riverfront Bar located at 651 Main Street.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 16th day of
March, 1998.
