The applicant is requesting simple plat approval of Alea Rae Addition. The property is located south of
Elk Park Center and north of Parker Elementary School. The proposed plat includes two commercial
lots, platting right-of-way for Jackson Avenue and School Street, and leaving the school property as an
oudot.
Discussion
Additional grading, drainage and utility information is needed in order to complete the review of this
request.
