FT Center - Quick Cash ATMs Agreement 2024-29

Action Requested
Approve, by motion, the Quick Cash ATMs agreement as presented.
Background/Discussion
The current ATM agreement at the FT Center does not provide a source of revenue for the facility. The
agreement presented will provide the FT Center with a $1.00 per transaction surcharge. The rate will
increase to $1.75 if the FT Center becomes a licensed location for pull tabs.
Financial Impact
Revenue opportunity for the FT Center.
