Action Requested
Mayor Dietz will administer the Oath of Office to Chief Dave Kuhnly.
Background/Discussion
Following staff recommendation, the City Council interview, the successful completion of requisite
background checks, and agreement of employment terms, Dave Kuhnly's hiring was approved by the City
Council. His first official day of work was Tuesday, November 12, 2024.
Mayor Dietz will perform the oath of office and invite the ceremonial pinning of his badge.
