Adopt, by motion, Resolution 24-75 acknowledging the monetary contribution of $250.00 from Charles
Larson as well as $298.93 from miscellaneous Woodland Trails Regional Park donors.
Background/Discussion
We continue to receive donations in the Woodland Trails Regional Park donation box.
Financial Impact
Additional funds used for park maintenance and improvements.

A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Acknowledging
Contributions
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and
individuals for their contributions to the community; and
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received a $250.00 donation from Charles Larson and
$298.93 from misc. Woodland Trails Regional Park donations with the intent it be used by
Parks and Recreation Department for Woodland Trails Regional Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, by at least four -fifths
vote, to acknowledge the support and commend Charles Larson for their donation.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember
and duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
