Adopt, by motion, Resolution 24-76 acknowledging the monetary contribution of $2,000 from the
Zimmerman Livonia Fire Relief Association.
Background/Discussion
We continue to receive financial donations from the Zimmerman Livonia Fire Relief Association.

Funds used for parks equipment.

A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Acknowledging
Contributions
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and
individuals for their contributions to the community; and
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received a $2,000 donation from Zimmerman Livonia
Fire Relief Association with the intent it be used by the Parks and Recreation Department
for parks equipment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, by at least four -fifths
vote, to acknowledge the support and commend Zimmerman Livonia Fire Relief
Association for their donation.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember
and duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote
