Approve, by motion, a Consumption and Display Permit to Aegir Brewing Company valid through March 31,
2026.
Background/Discussion
Aegir Brewing Company applied for a Consumption and Display Permit at 19050 Industrial Blvd NW. The
permit allows the permit holder to sell liquids to mix with intoxicating liquors brought to the premises and
consumed by patrons.
Consumption and Display Permits are granted by the State of Minnesota Alcohol and Gambling Division
following City Council authorization.
