SPECIAL MEETING
HELD IN COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BLDG.
May- 16, 1975 at 7:00 P.M.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Gene Schuldt, Bob Westerlund.
MEMBERS ABSENT: Jim Bredeck.
GUESTS: Joe Johnson; Slow Pitch League, Dawn Johnson; Womens League, Don Brind.amour and.
Marlon Glines, Fast Pitch League, Brian Brindamour.
Purpose of this special meeting was to discuss possible operation of the comcessien stand
and participation by the softball leagues.

Slow Pitch Ince.ll: 10 teams . $1~5.. team registration. $1,250.
Expense: Umpires - $855. "
Womens League Income: 8 teams. $85. team registration. $680.
Expense: Umpires - $513.
Fast Pitch Income: 6 teams . $100 team registration . $600 plus $700. raffle . $1,,~.
Expense: Umpires $792., scorekeeper$132 -. $924.
NOTE: o~ major expenses are listed, incidental cost not known.
After considerable discussion, tAe following agreement was reached. BrUD Br1nd.amour will
be solel1' responsibl.efor operation of the concession stand. He will also be in control
of the key for locks on the light boxes. From now until the completion of the 2nd. tou.rnament
(Womens in luly) Brian will operate on a 50-50 profit split. If the profit looks good at
that halfway point, we will consider a f:AJ-4O split. Eacla af t~e three leagues will advance
$75.00 ($225 total) for renewal of the beer license, initial stock, and materials for
repair of the concession stand. Park Ioardsfj.~ of the profits will be used jirimari~
for payment of the light bill (ele6t?,ca1 usage). If there is 8!V' profit left over at the
end of the season, it will be considered for improvement of softball facilities.
