~rARD MEMBERS PRFBENT: Chairman Gene Schuldt I Stan Moreland, Ken !flelson.
BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: Bob vJesterlund, Jim Bredeck.
PARK SHELTER: Floor of park shelter has been rought-graded. Concrete will not be
poured until Spring 1977. Bill of $70.00 to Al Uhde, 20600 Rush Meadow Lane, Rogers,
for grading was aprroved. Jaycees will continue to provide manpower and finish the
project.
BUDGET BALANCE: At Board Chairman's request, city secretary reviewed all vouchers
paid in 1976. Extra revenues amounted to $2,274.36, added to budget of $11,615.00
brought total to $13,889.36. Total expenditures to date are $11,745.97, leaving a
balance of $2,143.39.
~1 PARK EQUIPMENT: Board approved purchase of additional playground equipment under 1976
budget. It was specified that total balance would not be spent. Ken Nelson:E crew will
build two additional picnic tables during the winter. Cost will come from 1976 budget.
BOARD TFJU~S EXPIRED: Stan Moreland's and Jim Bredeck's terms e~~ire 12/31/76. Vacancies
will not be filled at this time, pending outcome of city/township consolidation and need
for equal representation.
