:BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Gene Schuldt, Walt Schumaclier, Steve Ostby.
:BQDD MEMBERS .A:BSENT: Ken Nelson, Stan Moreland.
GUEST: John Dietz and Marlon Glines, Elk River Softball Association.
Park Access Road: Ken Nelson has informed the :Board that class #5 gravel has been
laid on the park road.
Softball Association: Steve Ostby moved, Walt Schumacher seccmded that Park Board
spend approximately $950.00 for new light fixtures, troughs, and bulbs for Dur--Gruepner
Field. Passed unaminously. Marlon Glines will order the equipment from Industrial
Lighting in Minneapolis. Purpose of new equipment will be to replace use of existing
high towers at the field, which are deteriorating and need repair. Softball association
will reimburse Park Board $780.56 for field lights electricity. New equipment will
include 20 fixtures, 20 bulbs, and 4 troughs.
