Members Present: Jim Dingle, Don Strei, Les Anderson, Dab Hobideau,
Sharon Tracy, Linda Anderson, Jan Ouellette.
The minutes of the last meeting were read. Bev Rude had a correction
in the amOlmt of our account to date. This amount should read $5,lj.80.83,
instaad of $4,582.83, as recoreded in the la~3t minutef3. In addition, Don
Strei made a correction on the motion made last month on the Senior Citizen's
dinner in December. The Recreation Board agreed to contribute $5.00 per
person, not $125.00. Jim also corrected the Bocci Ball motion to read,
the Recreation Board gave unanimous approval for the city to acquire a
Bocci Ball set.
Linda Anderson read the treasure's report in Bev Rude's absence.
The current balance as of tlL-tS date is $4, 56h. 70. Debi te; and credits vlere
approved.

Jim Dingle passed out copies of our proposed budget for next year
to all members present. Copies have been sent to Gene Schuldt, l~ayor
Lundberg and Frank Madsen. Don Strei moved that we approve the final draft
of the budget request. Bob Robideau seconded. The motion carried.
Sharon Tracy has organized a trip to the Children's Theater Dec. 17
to see the play, "The Little Match Girl". He have purchased 38 tickets~
T"ro ads "Iill appear in the Shopper \"rith particularr;. LeG Anderson moved
that \"ie absorb the cost of the bus (about $60.00) plus 950 per ticket.
Also, provide a small treat to have on the bus on the way home from the
theater. Don Strei seconded this motion and it ltIaS passed by members.
Don Strei reported on the Advisory Council for the S\~'imrning pool
meeting held last month. It was decided at Ulat meeting that the $9,000.00
should be given to the school to use for eCl1upment. [This amount ~vas collected
by the commmli tyJ. Don wrote a letter to !vIayor Llmdberg with this recommenda-
tion. Don said he would hke to have the !'f;ayor's picture in the paper ShOltling
him giving the check to the new pool director, Craig Swanson.
Linda Anderson reported that the Bymnastic group would like to order
T-shirt3 to sell to participanb in the program. Don Strei moved that the
Recreation Board purchase the T-shirt3 and be reimbur3ed I'Jhen they are sold.

Don Strei moved that we have a dinner meeting in January. Lesseconded
