Background/Discussion
Staff is working with the applicant to obtain additional information necessary to proceed with the review. The
applicant is requesting an amendment or extension to the timeline for the removal of their temporary storage
structures.

Dear Mr. Tamm,
On December 26, 2024, the city received your Conditional Use Permit (CUP) application for an
amendment to your CUP (CU 22-11) located at 12777 Meadowvale Rd. State Statute requires a
decision by the city within 60 days of this application. The Statute also allows the City to extend the
timeline an additional 60 days if necessary.
Due to additional information needed, the city is extending the 60-day timeline to April 25, 2025.
The city expects the Planning Commission to review the Conditional Use permit on February 25,
2025, and the City Council on March 17, 2025.
