1. Call Meeting to Order/Roll Call
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Economic
Development Authority Together Elk River Sub-Committee was called to order at
1:04 p.m.by Jennifer Wagner.
2. Consider Agenda
Moved by Charlie and seconded by Colleen to approve the agenda. Motion
carried 5-0.
3. Consent Agenda
Moved by Charlie and seconded by Colleen to approve the agenda. Motion
carried 5-0.
4. Together Elk River Marketing Campaign
The group discussed the Holiday Message video and how successful it was. They
would like to do another one that focuses on two retail, two restaurants, and two
service based businesses. The group discussed the vision for the video and how to
capture each business and ways to tie them together. The group would like to set up
a Brand Ambassador meeting to discuss the video project, in late February early
March.
Colleen will draft an email to the Brand Ambassador to invite them to the upcoming
meeting.
5. Adjournment
Moved by Debbi and seconded by Charlie to adjourn the meeting. Motion
carried 5-0.
There being no further business, Jennifer Wagner adjourned the meeting of the Elk
River Economic Development Authority Together Elk River Subcommittee at 1:52
p.m.
