1. Call Meeting to Order/Roll Call
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Economic
Development Authority Together Elk River Sub-Committee was called to order at
9:01 a.m.by Jennifer Wagner.
2. Consider Agenda
Moved by Charlie and seconded by Kaylin to approve the agenda. Motion
carried 5-0.
3. Consent Agenda
Moved by Charlie and seconded by Kaylin to approve the agenda. Motion
carried 5-0.
4. Together Elk River Marketing Campaign
The group discussed ideas to help businesses get through the Hwy 10 and Jackson
Street construction projects. Some options discussed were billboards, MnDOT signs,
and yard signs. The group also discussed the possible locations and the need to try
these out prior to the 169 Redefine project. Colleen will draft a survey that will be
sent to the businesses to gauge their interest in the proposed signage.
5. Adjournment
Moved by Colleen and seconded by Charlie to adjourn the meeting. Motion
carried 5-0.
There being no further business, Jennifer Wagner adjourned the meeting of the Elk
River Economic Development Authority Together Elk River Subcommittee at 10:03
a.m.
