MEETING MINUTES
August 7, 1984
I. The meeting was called to order by Mike O'Brien. Members
present were Darrell Mack, Rolfe Anderson and Shari Simpson.
II. Previous meeting's minutes were read and and approved.
III. Treasure's report was read and approved. The Senior Citizen
Program Budget does not appear on budget. Darrell will check
on this and discuss at next meeting.
IV. Dennis Carlson and Salley Vreeland visited with the Board to
discuss the 1984 Program activities and begin preliminary
discussions on the 1985 Program.
Some Topics of discussion which need to be resolved are:

Administrative costs associated with Community
Education's involvement.
Need for a questionaire regarding citizen's per-
ceptions of activities.
Handke pit availability.
Orono Field future.
Salary scales for instructors.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
Next meeting will be September 11, 1984 at 7:30 p.m.
