MEETING. MINUTES
~ November 13, 1984
I. The meeting was called to order by Mike O'Brien. Members
present were Rolfe Anderson, Darrell Mack and Stuart Lorenz.
II. Previous meeting's minutes were read and approved.
III. Treasurer's report was read and approved.
IV. Dee Kratzke, Bobbie Hanneman and Sally Vreeland visited with
the Board regarding the Senior Citizen Program activities and
budget request. After some lengthy discussion it was the
Board's position to request the initial $5,000, but that the
staff coordinator position be funded at less than $3,800.
The Board suggested that the Guardian Angels trustees also
contribute to the position as possibly match the City's contri-
bution. It was generally agreed that the program has been
a success and that growth will likely occur during the next
year.
There being further business the meeting was adjourned. Next
meeting will not be scheduled until after the Council acts on
the 1985 budget request.
