BACKGROUND:
In September2021, the Commission approved a Longevity Pay benefitto be paid to qualifying,
eligible employees based on their years of service according to the schedule below.

28 years $3,000
32 years $3,000
DISCUSSION:
Jon McLean has been an employee with ERMU since March 11, 2017, and, therefore, has
earned the 8-yearlongevity pay benefit. We recognize Jon and all his contributions to the
success of ERMU through his service.
