Approve, by motion, the revised quote from Hiller Commercial Floors per state contract 241173 C-432 (5).
Background/Discussion
The replacement of the library flooring is included in the 2025 Capital Improvement Plan. This quote has been
updated with new contract rates to provide the city with a $44,418.40 savings for the project.
Financial Impact
The cost of new flooring is $145,990.
