Action Requested
Approve, by motion, the termination of Christopher Gierke from employment with the City of Elk River.
Background/Discussion
Christopher Gierke is employed as a part-time Zamboni/Maintenance Worker at the Furniture and Things
Community Event Center.
Despited coaching and counseling, he has failed to meet expectations. Staff recommends the City Council
terminate Christopher Gierke's employment with the city.
