Open the public hearing, receive public comment, and continue the hearing to April 7, 2025.
Background/Discussion
The applicant, Capstone Homes, continues to work through comments they have received from the city and
is preparing updated plans accordingly. The City Council will also hold a work session later in this agenda to
discuss the proposal in detail with the applicant.
