Background/Discussion
The 2025 Council/Staff Annual Retreat is scheduled for Monday, April 28, 2025, in the EOC. The retreat
typically runs from 1-7 p.m. and is our opportunity to review the status of previous goals, discuss and ensure
successful compliance with the city mission and vision statements, and update long-term goals.
We also delve deeper into planning and policy ideas. This meeting is to kick off the planning for the retreat
and get topics and agenda items to cover.
