Action Requested
Approve, by motion, the low bid and authorize the execution of a contract with Park Construction Company
for the construction of the 2025 Street Improvement Project.
Background/Discussion
Staff advertised and received bids for the construction of the 2025 Street Improvement Project. There were
six bids submitted, ranging from $2,858,345.54 to $3,696,468.10. The low bid was submitted by Park
Construction Company.
The schedule for the project is as follows:
■ Open Bids - April I, 2025
■ Award Contract - April 7, 2025
■ Construction - Begins May 2025
Financial Impact
This project will be funded through our Pavement Management Fund budget.
