Background/Discussion The Bank of Elk River has long contributed funds to support the Riverfront Concert Series operated by the Elk River Parks and Recreation Division. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, by at least four -fifths vote, to acknowledge the support and commend The Bank of Elk River for their donation. The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember and duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following against: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
