Background/Discussion The Elk River Fire Department received a generous gift in the amount of $50.00 by the Greenwaldt family, to be used for fire rescue equipment. Greenwaldt family Page 64 of 94 City of Elk River City Council Resolution 25-1 A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Acknowledging Contributions WHEREAS,the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and individuals for their contributions to the community; and WHEREAS,the City of Elk River received a $50.00 donation from Edward and Judith Greenwaldt with the intent it be used by the Elk River Fire Department for rescue equipment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, by at least four-fifths vote, to acknowledge the support and commend the Greenwaldt family for their donation.
