Approve, by motion, the Separation Agreement and Release with Detective Mike Suchy.
Background/Discussion
Detective Suchy retired on December 26, 2024. As part of the Severance Pay requirements, a release of
claims must be executed. Detective Suchy's Agreement is attached.
