Receive information on the Soil & Water Conservation District from Senior Water Resource Specialist Dan
Cibulka of the Sherburne SWCD.
Background/Discussion
The Sherburne SWCD selected the City of Elk River as its Outstanding Conservationist of the Year for 2024.
The honor was bestowed as a result of the work the city completed for Mississippi River shoreline
restoration adjacent to the W.H. Houlton Conservation Area.
