DISCUSSION:
• The 2024 Utilities Performance Metric Incentive Compensation was processed and
distributed to employees on April 18 via direct deposit.
• The Energy Information Administration (EIA) reports 860, 861, and 923 for 2024 have all
been filed. These are federal reports that are required to be filed annually related to the
output of our plant standby engines and fuel sources; our system distribution numbers
in MW, revenues, and meters served; wind and solar participation; and reliability
numbers.
• The Property & Casualty Insurance renewal application has been sent to the underwriter
for the 2024-2025 year. There have been some follow-up questions that have been
addressed.
