Background/Discussion The City Council and staff met on April 28, 2025, for their annual goal-setting session. The result was several updated goals for the near-term, mid-term, and long-term periods. Councilmember Wagner also provided a draft of new mission and vision statements to consider. The Council should review the notes from the work, consent to any changes and direct staff to bring them back for official approval at a later meeting.
