Approve, by motion, two Temporary On-Sale Liquor Licenses for Aegir Brewing Company, LLC, 19050
Industrial Blvd NW, for July 13, 2025, and August 15-17, 2025 with the condition that property taxes for this
location are paid current.
Background/Discussion
Aegir Brewing Company has applied for two Temporary On-Sale Liquor Licenses for their current location on
July 13, 2025, and August 15-17, 2025. All application materials have been submitted and reviewed. Once the
Council approves, the licenses will be sent to the state for approval and issuance. In reviewing the liquor
licenses renewal for Aegir, it was determined that property taxes are not current. It is recommended to add a
condition that the taxes be paid prior to issuance of these licenses.
