Agreement 25-12: Establish Ice Rates with ISD #728

Action Requested
Approve, by motion, a retroactive contract with ISD #728 for the 2024-25 season to memorialize the
established facility rates, Agreement 2025-12.
Background/Discussion
We were informed by the district that they need to document their $70,000 in ice purchases on their Board-
Approved Lease Levy. The contract is essentially retroactive to account for the season based on actual prices.
Financial Impact
Total revenue from ISD #728 2024-25 season game and practice ice purchases is $63,630.
