Approve, by motion, the Separation Agreement and Release with Police Officer Kevin Heldt.
Background/Discussion
Officer Heldt's last day with the city was May 30, 2025. As part of the Severance Pay requirements, a release
of claims must be executed. Officer Heldt returned his signed Agreement on June 4, 2025.
Financial Impact
As per Severance Pay policy.
