Action Requested
Continuing discussion relating to costs associated with access changes at the TH 10 and 165th Avenue
intersection.
Background/Discussion
Since the last meeting, staff has further gained clarification that Tax Increment Financing is not a suitable or
available tool that can be used to help pay for the improvements.
We are in a position where an agreement surrounding cost participation needs to be reached.
