Schubert Pro erty Acquisition
Introduction
As the City Council is aware, Mr. and Mrs. Alan Schubert are the owners of three parcels of
property at the north end of the County Highway 40 realignment that need to be acquired.
Discussion
As discussed with the City Council on February 21,2006, I have met with the Schubert's and
arrived at a price of $70,000 for the 1.25-acre area of property southeast of CSAH 13 on the new
County Highway 40 alignment.
Financial Impact
The financial impact of purchasing this land is $70,000.
