attending the Elk River Farmers Market on Thursday, July 31, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at
716 Main Street NW. A quorum of the Heritage Preservation Commission may attend the Farmers
Market; however, they will not convene any meeting, and no action will be taken by the Commission
during the event.
