Action Requested
Approve, by motion, a Temporary On-Sale Liquor License for the Church of St. Andrew for their event
scheduled for September 21, 2025, with the condition that wristband control is required for patrons 21 and
older and a recommendation that alcohol should be confined to an area enclosed by a fence with secured,
controlled access.
Background/Discussion
The Church of St. Andrew applied for a temporary On-Sale Liquor License for their event at the location of
566 4th Street NW.
