Action Requested
Approve, by motion, a Temporary On-Sale Liquor License to Davis-Darrow-Meyer American Legion Post 112
for July 17-20, 2025, with the condition that wristband control is required for patrons 21 and older and a
recommendation that alcohol should be confined to an area enclosed by a fence with secured, controlled
access.
Background/Discussion
Davis-Darrow-Meyer American Legion Post 112 has applied for a Temporary On-Sale Liquor License for the
Sherburne County Fair event at the location of 18335 Joplin St NW, Sherburne County Fairgrounds.
