Approve, by motion, the extension of the liquor premises of Fraternal Order of Eagles - Eagles Club, 824
Railroad Drive NW, to include a patio area continuous from their building into the parking lot area.
Background/Discussion
The Fraternal Order of Eagles - Eagles Club, located at 824 Railroad Drive NW, has requested to extend its
liquor premises to include a patio. They have submitted for and met all requirements. Once approved by the
Council, it will be sent to the Department of Alcohol and Gambling Enforcement for approval.
