Approve, by motion, the Separation Agreement and Release with Human Resources Specialist Karen Keast.
Background/Discussion
Karen Keast retired on June 18, 2025. As part of the Severance Pay requirement, a release of claims must be
executed. Ms. Keast returned her signed Agreement on June 18, 2025.

As per the Severance Pay policy.
